Your puzzles stay with you

Pup Picnic works offline. We do not operate an account system or receive your nickname, avatar choice, puzzle progress, daily results or preferences from the app. The app has no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs.

What is saved

The app stores your profile, puzzle boards, draft notes, completed levels, best results, rewards and settings on your device so you can pick up where you left off. You do not need to provide a real name.

Device backups and deletion

Your device or computer backup may include this local data, depending on your Apple backup settings. Pup Picnic does not provide its own cloud sync. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading the app keeps it. Manage any existing backups separately in your Apple or computer backup settings.

If you contact support

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and the information you include, and use them to respond to your request. Please avoid sending passwords or other sensitive information. We keep support correspondence only as needed to help you and meet applicable obligations. You can request deletion by contacting support.

External pages

Opening a support or privacy link uses your browser and an internet connection. Website hosting and email providers handle the information needed to deliver those services. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics to the support pages.

Changes and questions

If our practices change, we will update this policy and its date. You can read this policy offline in the app or view the published policy using the link below. Contact support with privacy questions or requests.
