Terms of Use
These terms explain Important Days subscriptions, purchases and acceptable use.

Agreement
By downloading or using Important Days, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s standard EULA, Apple’s terms control.
Free features and ImportantDays Pro
The app includes free features. ImportantDays Pro unlocks additional capabilities described on the purchase screen, including additional important days, premium styles, multiple reminders and advanced widget options. Features may improve over time without removing access already granted by an active entitlement.
Annual subscription
The annual subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
Free trial
If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid annual subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased, where permitted by Apple.
Lifetime purchase
Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for the Important Days app. “Lifetime” refers to the commercial lifetime of this app and does not include unrelated products or services.
Billing, refunds and restoration
All billing and refund decisions are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an eligible purchase made with the same Apple Account.
Your content
You retain ownership of the titles, notes and photos you add. You are responsible for having the right to use that content. Do not use the app to create or share unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
Availability
We work to keep Important Days and its widgets reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Device settings, iCloud, notifications, WidgetKit and App Store services are provided by Apple and may affect availability.
