Data you create

Important-day titles, dates, repeat rules, reminder choices, notes, categories and appearance settings are stored on your device. If iCloud is available, the app uses your private CloudKit database to keep this information in sync across devices signed in to the same Apple Account.

Photos

The app accesses a photo only when you choose one through Apple’s system photo picker. The selected image is resized and stored in the app’s private container so the app and its widgets can display it. We do not upload your photos to a developer-operated server.

Notifications and widgets

Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device after you grant permission. Widgets read a lightweight snapshot from the app’s private App Group container. This information is not public and is not shared with other apps.

Purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The app receives purchase entitlement information from StoreKit but does not receive or store your payment-card details.

Analytics, ads and tracking

The app does not include third-party advertising, cross-app tracking or a developer-operated analytics service. We do not sell personal information.

Data deletion

You can edit or delete important days inside the app. Removing the app removes its local data. Data synchronized through iCloud remains governed by your iCloud account and Apple’s services.

Children

Important Days is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13.
