萌趣相机使用说明与条款

新版 1.2.0 将本机图片工具与 AI 创作分开。功能可用性取决于设备及系统；请以 App 中的实际说明和 Apple 购买确认页面为准。

应用许可

通过 App Store 获取的 App 使用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）。数据处理见隐私政策。

图片与 AI 功能

请仅处理有权使用的图片，不侵犯他人隐私或知识产权。AI 结果可能出现错误或失真，请在分享前自行检查。贴纸和移除背景要求支持的 iOS 17 或更新设备。照片转 Live 使用推近或平移动效；视频转 Live 当前导出最多 3 秒无声片段，不承诺将静态照片生成真实动作视频。

购买、订阅与恢复

AI 创作消耗服务器额度；本机工具不消耗 AI 额度。可用次数包、订阅期限和当地价格以 App 从 Apple 读取的商品及购买确认页为准。订阅期间按 App 所示规则发放会员额度；购买次数与会员额度分别记录。订阅自动续费，可在 Apple 账号的订阅管理中取消。管理订阅。

恢复购买会核验与当前萌趣账号绑定的有效 Apple 权益。新版为免登录业务账号，不提供任意设备间账号合并，也不自动迁移旧版购买身份或余额。删除账号前请确认历史及额度，并另行取消不再需要的 Apple 订阅。退款通过 Apple 报告问题申请。

Terms and product information

The app uses Apple's Standard EULA. Read the Privacy Policy for data handling. Only use images you are authorized to process. AI results may be inaccurate; review them before sharing.

Local tools do not consume AI credits. Background removal and stickers require a supported device running iOS 17 or later. Photo-to-Live uses zoom or pan motion; video-to-Live exports up to three silent seconds. Products, prices and subscription periods are shown using Apple's product information and purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically; manage or cancel them in your Apple account. Deleting the app or account does not cancel subscriptions.

Restore verifies eligible Apple entitlements bound to the current anonymous Mengqu account. Arbitrary cross-device account merging and automatic migration of legacy credits, purchase identities or private history are not supported. Contact jintao081@qq.com or use Settings → Feedback for support.
